Printer won't recognize regular printer paper

I keep trying to print something in my printer but the printer won't recognize my regular printer paper. It doesn't seem to finish feeding into the tray. How do I fix it? Thanks!

I understand you are not able to print as the printer does not pick the paper. 

• Which application are you trying to print from?
• Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

Make sure the papers are loaded correctly in the input tray - Loading Paper and Envelopes

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper

Try making a standalone copy from the flatbed glass and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
