HP LaserJet M29W
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP LaserJet M29W. HP Smart shows "printer error". Everything seems to work properly except that no paper is taken in. There is a series of clicks that sounds like paper is moving but none moves. The printer thinks that it has printed and evacuates the queue. It is a mechanical problem it seems. Is this the end of the line for this machine?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is not picking up the paper.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you facing the same issue when you make a copy?
