Product: Officejet Pro 8720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can print 4x6 protos fine on Hp proto paper, but they jam on the way out of the printer.  They have to make a turn on the way out and they jam every time.  I do not have a problem with normal letter sized paper. I am using a Officejet Pro 8720

What is the weight of the photo paper being used? Is this is the first time you're trying to print photos?

 

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
