I am having issues attempting to use Avery Product # 8870 for Business Cards. The printer printed about 10 pages, then began to error, stating to only use HP paper. Any suggestions for a work around? Clean pick rollers? New cartridges were installed before printing.
To clean pick rollers - how do you access them?

Welcome to the HP Community.
Sure, could be the printer is dirty / in need of maintenance.
Could be the stack of paper moved or there might be too many - or too few - sheets of the paper in the tray.
Could be an excess of ink (not likely - worth checking) - Select "Normal" print quality.
There are a few Troubleshooting documents that explain the "Paper Pick" cleaning procedure.
