Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am having issue with my printers double sided printing. I am trying to print a PDF. The 2 sides need to line up so I can cut it out but one side is a good couple of centimeters higher than the other.
I have attempted to realign the printer head in case that was the issue and found a different thread that suggested some software but that didn't fix the issue.
The document is letter paper and I am printing on A4, so I don't know if that is the issue or if there would be a way to fix that.
Thanks in advance for any help.
