I'm trying to print recipients names on envelopes with a thick liner. For some reason, my printer is printing them crooked. I've checked the paper guides in the paper tray and they are tight on the envelope. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I've printed 1000's of envelopes but never with a liner!

Do you have the paper type set as envelope? This setting slows the printer down to ensure better feeding and better bonding. However if the envelope is not a uniform thickness that will cause errors as well as the rollers will grab differently on parts of the envelope and cause the sku.

What if my size of envelope is not listed?

Paper type and paper size are two different settings. If your envelope size is not listed then you need to create a custom size with the proper dimensions and the paper type of "envelope"
