Product: HP color laser map 178nw
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

This printer has never been able to print on card stock. It always jams whenever I try. I’ve changed the settings for heavier paper and still no luck.

@Nurse_mom, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

According to the printer specifications, this printer does not support printing on card stock papers. Refer to the paper-handling section.
