I have the HP envy 5530 printer and I’m trying to print on a cardstock, 200gsm/75lb. But every time I try it won’t feed. Is this printer not capable of it? Or is there a setting or any tips that I could try to make it work?

After the paper is loaded,

OR

If the printer is on your network,

If it is supported,

Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to check / adjust the Paper Size & Type - Tray and paper.

Reference User Guide

and

EWS > HP Document / How-to
