Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have an Officejet Pro 8710 and using Windows 10, and cannot print custom envelopes from it.  I went into Word (2021) and was attempting to print envelopes and though I have done this successfully hundreds of times, this was the first time with a custom sized envelope.  I selected in the Word software the custom envelope size and entered what the dimensions were, and then tried to do it in the printer software, but it keeps giving me an error that the paper doesn't match.  My envelope measures 5.25" x 7.875".  I converted this to mm and its 133 x 200.  There are no preset options for either sizes in the printer software.  So I selected custom in Word software, and had no options with the printer software and cannot print my envelopes.  How can I get this to recognize my envelopes in the right size and print these out?  Saw other questions solved for this issue, but messages were privately sent explaining how to do it, and I don't have access to someone else's private messages.  Can someone help me figure out how to get this set up please?
