Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Heavy weight cardstock (120 lb.) jams in tray 1. I have changed the setting for this type in the printer and computer properties. Does any one have any suggestions on what I can do to get this cardstock to feed?

Also, how do I use the top tray to print? Thank you in advance for any help.

@inpursuit217, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

According to the printer specifications, this printer does not support printing on 120 lb paper/card. Check the paper-handling section in the specifications page.

Media weight supported (U.S. standard) - 16 to 43 lb

Media weight supported (metric) - 60 to 163 g/m²

Kindly use compatible size and type of media to resolve this issue.

You may visit Hp Store to check for available and compatible media for printing.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
