Hello! I can’t print. This message appears:
Problem with the feeding system.
Replace the cartridge in question with another one that is not empty.
If the message appears again, record the message and contact HP.
I exchanged the black cartridge - turned of the printer etc, but still I am not able to print. Can anybody please help me?
Thank you!
Best wishes,
Julia

Hi Julia,
here are a few more steps you can try:
Check for Paper Jams: Ensure there are no paper jams inside the printer.
Clean the Feed Rollers: Dust and debris on the feed rollers can cause feeding issues. Clean them gently with a lint-free cloth.
Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.
Update Printer Drivers: Make sure your printer drivers are up to date. You can download the latest drivers from HP's website.
Check Printer Settings: Verify that the correct paper size and type are selected in the print settings.
