I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8630. I had a paper jam and removed it from the back section, then opened where the printer cartridges live, and tried to pull out the paper from the front. As a did so I accidentally pulled out a thin long printer 'ribbon' while trying to clear a paper jam and now cartridge wont move. It is see through and leaves black marks on my hand. Does anyone know where it would come from and how to put it back. The ends just look like small square holes so it looks like it would just hook into something, but I just don't know where. Since the cartrigdes dont move I assume it attached to it somehow?
