After spending some time trying to find the correct Part Number for an M806/M830 Roller kit I decided it was: RY7-5228-000CN

Then I could not find a list of all the rollers included in the kit, but I did find one person selling an OEM kit on eBay, here is a picture of the rollers in the kit that just arrived from HP:

The original P/N for the Tray 3/4 rollers was RM1-0037-020CN which has been replaced by P/N RM2-5642-000CN

This is not a question. It is an informational post providing information not found on partsurfer.or hp.com.

I work for an authorized service provider and also could not find this information on internal sites.  I posted it here so the next guy who is trying to figure this out will just be able to refer to my post.

Yeah, there is a mix mash of part numbers.I am puzzled as the service manual states that all trays use the same rollers, but the picture you post has a rollers from a 9000 series, the RF5-3340 and RF5-3338. I do not remember those rollers being in the printer but it has been a couple of years since I serviced one. The part number I am showing for the tray 2x kit is RY7-5219-000CN.

I think the part number you previously ordered is absolute.

I had thought the M806 used the LaserJet 9000 style rollers in all the trays, but when I was in front of the machine and actually looked at the rollers in trays 4 and 45 they were the P4015 style.

Fortunately, I had both types with me, (I hadn't worked on an M806 years).

Why they used the smaller roller in the large capacity trays is something I don't understand.

People were selling what they claimed to be was a roller kit online but it looked like it had one each of the four part numbers in the kit.

It was confusing enough that I decided to post a picture of the actual kit that I had just ordered online, then anybody else trying to figure it out would have an easy reference.

Part number RY7-5228-000CN shows as current and available. HP often has multiple part numbers for the same product.
