HP Recommended

My HP Envy 7830 does not recognize photo paper in the photo tray, but when it is in the main tray no problem. I correctly put the 10x15 photo paper in the photo tray as indicated in the short video of the printer, when printing I indicate the size of the paper and the photo tray but the printer acts as if it does not there was no paper. What can I do ? Thank you in advance for your help.

Mon HP Envy 7830 ne reconnait pas le papier photo dans le bac photo par contre lorsqu'il est dans le bac principal aucun problème. Je met correctement le papier photo 10x15 dans le bac photo comme indiqué dans la petite vidéo de l'imprimante, au moment d'imprimer j'indique bien le format du papier et le bac photo mais l'imprimante fait comme s'il n'y avait pas de papier. Que puis-je faire ? par avance merci de votre aide.
