You will need to find a 3rd party site that offers manuals, there are several out there. HP only suppplies manuals to certified service partners. The disassembly instructions are the same as an M477.

Thank you for the answer.
After searched for the right document (M477), I found it and used it for disassembling.
Unfortunately it was what I feared, in the fuser the whole lost paper was stored.
After removing the paper, the role looks not ok as the film was damaged.
So I decided to order a complete new fuser, which is really expensive.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
