I'm having frequent paper jams (every 2 pages or so) from Tray 2. I think I need to replace the pickup rollers. I've reviewed the steps in the support discussions and on YouTube videos. All refer to the Secondary Service menu. I can't find such a menu on my CP1525nw. I've referred to the online documentation on the menu structure, printed the menu structure from the Setup Menu on the printer and neither refer to it either. So, my first question is: how do I get the pickup roller in the correct position to replace it?
My second question is: how do I know I'm buying a roller replacement set that will actually work on this printer? Is there a part number (or several part numbers) that I should be looking for? I've seen several online sites that refer to RM1-4426-000. Others refer to RM1-8047 and RM1-4840, and yet others to RM1-4425-cln , RM1-4426, RL1-1785-cln , RL1-1802-cln.
And lastly, where can I find documentation on the complete replacement process? Or is what I find on YouTube the best there is?
I'm willing to just take a shot as the parts seem to be pretty cheap, but I don't want to waste my time (or make my current problems worse). Thanks in advance.

You need to press a combination of buttons to open the hidden 2nd service menu otherwise you will never find it.
RM1-4426 and RM1-4840 are part numbers you want, but those can change, and they are equal. YT is probably the best source for instructions, it's like a 5-minute job.

I suggest OEM parts as reliability of 3rd party rollers has been mixed.

Thanks for your help! I finally found a YouTube video that showed the magic key combination to get into the Secondary Service Menu (Left Arrow + Cancel)! I was also able to get the right part (RM-4426) and replace the pickup roller. I found that unlike the YT video, the clips in my printer weren't white. I also found that I had to remove the piece while the printer was on a table -- my printer lives in a printer drawer close tp the floor, and I couldn't get the right angle when it was there. When I moved it to a table, it came out right away.
Thanks again for the help!

I am continually getting jam message in output bin. even though there is no paper in there or an actual jam, so i have tracked down that i might need the following :
Pick-up roller # RM1-4426-000 and separation roller cp1215, so my three questions are as follows:
Is it your opinion that this could bet he problem and it gets solved by changing out the rollers?
Do you know where can i order these rollers?
Is it a hard job to replace these rollers?
Thank you very much, I am 84 years young and why am I having all this frustration at this time in my life, thank you for your help.
