Product: HP Color LaserJet CP1518ni
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having problems replacing the paper pick-up roller. How do I get the roller to rotate such that I can replace the paper pick-up roller. I watched a youtube video and followed the steps but, I am not able to get the roller to rotate.

Are you able to get into the secondary service mode and access the pick roller rotation routine? If yes, did you happen to have the paper tray out of the printer while trying this? The tray needs to be installed while you are rotating the roller.
