Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I can see the rollers not turning and grabbing the paper.  I push it and it will grab it but I need to continue to push it through the feeder. It also makes horrible noises.  The printer is not even 2 months old.  Any ideas on how to proceed.  HPM283CDW.

Are you feeding the paper through the top document feeder?

I would guess the top isn't completely latched down, that can keep the gears from engaging and would cause a horrible noise as it's trying to rotate. Try opening it and seeing if any paper or anything is stuck in there keeping it from closing properly, then make sure it closes completely.
