Thanks for posting,  however this is a user to user support forum and as such no one can dispatch service to you. I am not sure about India, but in Canada this product is a  managed device and the dealer that you purchased it from is supposed to offer maintenance service. If that is not rhe case I  suggest you use the service partner locator website to find an authorized service partner.https://support.hp.com/ca-en/help/service-center
