Product: HP ENVY 6020 All-in-One Printer

 

Hello

 

i have a hp envy 6020 and lately it keeps saying there is a paper jam or tray problems but I have throughly checked everything cleaned the rollers and even restarted the printer loads but nothing is working do I need to buy a new one or can I still fix it
