I'm getting a jam error message for the scanner's feeder, but it's absolutely clear of any debris.  I've tried cleaning the feeder, unplugging the device as suggested by the virtual assistant.  Any other suggestions?

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

I carefully went through the recommended steps, but the printer screen is still showing a "document feeder jam".  All other printer functions (printing, scanning single page documents) has always worked fine. I'll contact an agent regarding repair or replacement.

I see that there is an issue with the printer document feeder and may need repair. 

This issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
