Hello.
I just brought a Smart Tank 515 1TJ09A printers and the printers always have a paper jam on the second page.
When I print a document with more than one page than the first sheet of paper is printing well but the second sheet always gives an error. The second sheet is than already a little bit in the printer and I have to remove it and restart printing again.
But third sheet will print without issue. I am looking for suggestion/resolution? or this this product issue?
Thanks.

this type of error is most commonly caused by a paper size setting conflict between the printer or driver. For example, you tell the printer you want to print a legal size document. You click print and the printer feeds the first page, which happens to not be legal and stops part way through the job because the sensors are triggered out of order. Make sure you set the page size on the printer correctly, using the any setting will not always provide correct operation.

Hi,
Thanks for suggestion. I tried setting A4 and legal size document but both same same issue.
Paper that I used is A4 size. Do you have any more suggestion for me?
BTW, 3rd page. 4th page and following page didn't facing same issue.

It is odd that pages after 2 print fine. You initial description would almost suggest that the feed mechanism is grabbing multiple sheets but if the error only occurs for page 2 that seems less likely. Check the condition of the pickup roller and the separation pad and clean with a lint free, water dampened cloth. Paper dust on the pad can cause a second sheet to get pulled in with the first. Also try different paper as media type or brand can cause issues as well.
