Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to buy spare Carriage Clutch Wheel?cog as its split, for HP 6500A Plus - E 710n where can I purchase. I'm in the UK

Very few spare parts are offered for Deskjet/Officejet products. You can try the HP Parts Store or check hppartsurfer to see if they list any relevant parts but in most cases finding someone parting out or throwing away an old one is your best bet or Ebay.

I Found a thing on youtube that had a link to OKLILI 5PC Clutch Gear 15T 15 Teeth Carriage Lock Gear Compatible with HP 3180 4480 4580 4500 4660 4600 5788 2488 5610 5740 5750 5780 6310 6318 F4210 F4235 F4240 F4280 D4145 D4155 D4160 D4260 6210 it doesn't mention my model but I have ordered them anyway.  It's gonna take an age to get them and they could be the wrong item bu time will tell, till then I'm without a printer.  You'd think HP would come forward, I realise it may be asking too much from them but replacing a machine for the sake of such a small item is ridiculous.
