Product: HP DeskJet 4258e All-in-One Printer

I have been trying since 4-26-25 to get help fixing my printer that is not working.  a nice tech there set up my new printer on 4/24/25 and 2 days later it stopped working and I have been trying to fix it with You Tube without any luck.  This printer is unlike others I have and I cant figure

The long white light (goes vertical) under the scanner lid keeps blinking and it will not print.  I have checked the paper and I dont see a jam but this printer is not easy to show where a paper jam usually is.

I have lost a lot of time trying to get this fixed and it is costing me.

Would really appreciate someone who could help me with this.
