Product: HP DesignJet T770 44-in Printer with Hard Disk

Our DesignJet T770 is not able to load paper rolls. 

Upon restarting, the roll spins backwards several rotations and then the display shows "Load Cancelled".    After selecting "load Roll" on the screen it also immediately displays "Load Cancelled".

Looking at the Information about the paper shows that it must be manually unloaded.  Not sure what that means since there is no paper in the printer.

Possibly the oops sensor. Best bet is to find the service manual online so you can run diagnostics.
