Hi @Ronne11

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It sounds like your HP Tango printer is experiencing a paper feed issue where it's only pulling from one side. Here are some steps to troubleshoot:

Check the Paper Alignment

  • Ensure the paper is loaded straight and evenly in the tray.
  • Adjust the paper guides so they fit snugly against the paper without bending it.

Inspect for Obstructions

  • Remove all paper from the tray and check for small debris or torn pieces inside the input area.
  • Even tiny bits of paper can cause feeding issues.

Reset the Printer

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord for 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on.

Try Different Paper

  • Use high-quality, flat paper that meets HP’s specifications.
  • Avoid curled or wrinkled sheets, as they can cause uneven feeding.

You're doing a great job troubleshooting this—let me know how it goes! 🚀
