My HP Photosmart 7520 does not recognize a document placed in either the Automatic Document Feeder or on the glass plate. Error message reads "original misfeed' It does advance one sheet of paper as if it printed. It will scan a single page from the computer. It will print multiple pages from the computer.
Is there a sensor in the ADF area that is faulty?
