The automatic tray extender doesn't retract after printing.

So I just recently bought a new printer and the tray extends automatically but it doesn't automatically retract back in so is it something manual? Or automatic. Its a hp envy 7858 nd its a pain in the ass to have to push the extender everytime after i print. Let me no thanks

The tray extender does not retract automatically, you will have to manually close it.
