HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-In-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-Bit)
HP Officejet Pro 9018. This was the model Costco sold of the 9010 series. The paper tray is impossible to simply 'pull out'--this is NOT really a 'Paper jam/feed issue'!!!!!!!. I constantly fight to get it our without breaking it. There was a 2020 problem submitted to this site, but that only addressed paper jamming and cleaning the feed rollers. That does not happen here. I think it is a design flaw but there must be some way someone figured out how to lubricate whatever it is that is causing the tray to resist pulling out.

Has anyone figured the problem out:?

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues then it could be hardware.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue

I've sent you a private message with further instructions. In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name, or simply click on this link.
