Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M127fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My scanner/copier document feeder is not working, it begins and almost immediately stops and says that it is jammed.  I have opened it to check for anything in the feeder, it is not actually jammed.  I have re-booted it, problem still  persists
