Hello,
I'm looking for some advice please.
My printer sucks the paper in half way as though it's about to print, then starts printing but the paper doesn't go any further. When the printing has finished it says there' a paper jam but the paper hasn't made it through. I then pull the paper out at the feed end and there's a centimeter where all the printing has happened in one place on top of each other - the paper doesn't continue being sucked through whilst printing. Any advice on how to sort this?
Thanks in advance,
Suzanne

@Suzanne1983, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand the printer does not pick the paper completely. I believe you are using regular paper.
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper
To resolve a paper jam issue, refer to - Paper Jam Error
Also, make sure the papers are loaded properly in the input tray - Loading Paper and Envelopes
If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
