Hi @Saadsaad,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're facing a paper jam inside your HP Laser MFP 135w. Here’s a step-by-step guide to safely locate and clear the jam:
Step-by-Step: Clear Paper Jam – HP Laser MFP 135w
1. Turn off and unplug the printer
- For safety, power off the printer and unplug it from the wall.
2. Check the Input Tray
- Remove any loose sheets from the input tray.
- Look inside to see if any paper is stuck or partially pulled in.
- Gently remove any jammed paper—pull slowly to avoid tearing.
3. Check the Output Tray
- Look in the output tray area for partially fed paper.
- Again, remove it carefully and avoid pulling hard, which could tear the paper.
4. Open the Rear Access Panel
- Locate the rear door at the back of the printer.
- Open it to check for paper stuck in the fuser area.
- Remove any visible paper—use both hands and pull straight.
5. Open the Scanner and Toner Area
- Lift the scanner cover to access the toner cartridge.
- Remove the toner cartridge carefully.
- Look for jammed paper underneath or behind the cartridge area.
- Remove any debris or bits of torn paper.
6. Reinstall Everything & Restart
- Once all paper is cleared:
- Reinsert the toner.
- Close all panels and trays.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
