Thick paper keeps jamming

I have printed on thicker paper with no issues before I am setting it to heavy duty paper when printing normal paper prints fine. I have unplugged machine and reset it several times but it keeps happening

Heavier weight papers can be problematic and often work great when printers are new but as the pickup rollers wear or get dirty the can have issues with heavier media. You could try cleaning the pickup roller with a damp cloth to see if that helps.
