M608 printer

Hi there,

Recently I changed the maintenance kit of the printer and it was working for few days after some days when I tried to open the paper tray to put paper I saw that pickup roller was hanging down and not properly installed. After I properly installed the pick up roller and restarted the printer it started making tic tic noise and I shut it down. Then I saw that there is black color part small arm like thing which was loose and was main cause of blocking of paper tray, can someone please let me know what do to and how to fix that thing.

I have installed these rollers many times.  If the roller does not insert correctly, you will get the clicking noise.  I have had to do some trays three times.  If you have a good tray, look at that roller installation.
