Hi, I've been trying to print on clear gloss labels (for my wife's wax melts business) but when they print off the labels are curled and almost melted. These are labels specifically bought for laser printers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We have a LaserJet Pro M118dw.
Thanks, Gerry

Have you tried printing on the labels in plain paper mode or a lighter media? Sounds like too much heat for the material.

That they melt and curl would almost suggest that the labels have been mispackaged. You can try making sure that you have the printer paper type set to label when printing. Setting on the driver does not change how the printer operates, it only determines what tray it tries to print from.
