Product: Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Help!  The corner of a piece of paper ripped off while performing a double sided print job.  There is a paper jam error code 13.10.14 and 13.10.09.  
I have following the instruction on screen to open the cartridge access door as well as the rear door but cannot see the jammed piece of paper. I have also following all the paper jam removal and Troubleshooting in the user manual. Opening every access door and using a flashlight to search for the paper.
I’ve also unplugged the printer for 30 sec in an attempt to clear the error. 

it seems to be a 3x2 piece of ripped paper.  I fear it’s located in an inaccessible area.  

Any ideas or guidance???? I’m at a loss

I have the same problem.  I see no paper jam anywhere and I have followed all instructions online
