Unable to print Paper type

Hello, I am unable to change the paper type, I wanted to select the photo paper type under the quick reference, however whenever I am clicking the apply, it's asking me to enter my username and password but when I enter it, there is always an error(pgSimpleTrayMgmt-401) of  it,

Please share your printer model or product number for further assistance.

May I know are you using the printer with a computer or a phone?

If using with a computer which operating system is installed on your computer? If using a phone, is it an iPhone or Android?

Are you using HP Smart App to print?
