Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I own a HP OfficeJet Pro 8740 which at the moment is not printing because the printer claims there is a paper jam.  However, I have had many paper jams before and  know how to clear them.  (More often than not, the jam involves one of the paper trays, but I have also encountered other types of paper jams.)  No matter where I looked in the printer I do not see ANY paper jam and ANY pieces of paper.  The printer is too heavy for me to take  to a repair shop, and frankly, I have no idea which repair shop in Honolulu, Hawaii, would handle problems with the HP printers.  Please help!
