Product: HP ENVY 4524 All-in-One Printer
I am trying to print on both A4 cardstock and also on postcards which measure approx 140mm x 88m. Most weights of card that aren’t as flimsy as printer paper and also the postcards just get stuck at the back of the printer and all I get is a smudge from the rollers and not the printing I have on screen. Is there a weight of card that the HP Envy 4524 is happy with and how do you tell the printer what you are using as it only seems to ask if I’ve loaded either speciality matte paper or something like that so not sure if it needs to know I’ve loaded postcards or what weight of card, etc. Thanks
