Product: HP ENVY 5034

I have a HP ENVY printer and I’ve been printing on Cricut Printable vinyl paper for the past 6 months with no issues. However, the paper started jamming all of a sudden every time I print with it. Using regular paper works just fine, but with the vinyl paper, it will wither get jammed in the back of the printer, or take a whole 5 minutes to print a blank page.

Any help is appreciated!!

This was a low cost inkjet printer and this model has been discontinued.  The print media that you are using is not listed in HP manuals.  This printer is rated for media weights 64 to 90 g/m2 (17lb - 24lb).  I checked your vinyl media packaging and could not find a media weight listed.  I am pretty sure that it is heavier than the recommended weights.  Printing with print media that exceeds printer specs will eventually wear out the pick up assembly.  If you can get access, you can try cleaning the pick up rollers.  But it is only a temp fix.
