Photo Paper doesn't load into a 7720, and also into the 3700. Specs show that 105gsm is the maximum weight for any Photo Printer

Hi @Robert375,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you!
You are right! If your printer specs show 105gsm, It may not go beyond that.
For the HP 7720 Wide Format printer, using photo paper that's less than 105gsm might be a bit challenging as most photo papers designed for printing photographs are typically heavier than that weight. However, there are lightweight photo papers available in the market, albeit not very common.
When looking for lightweight photo paper compatible with the HP 7720, try searching for "inkjet photo paper" or "photo paper for inkjet printers" with a weight specification of around 90gsm or 100gsm.
Keep in mind that using lighter photo paper might impact the print quality and durability of your photos. The paperweight often correlates with the paper's ability to hold ink and provide a professional finish.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

When I looked at some of the higher spec Printers they also listed the same maximum, however I've found that using one sheet at a time rather than inserting a stack of Photo Paper works in A4 with a higher GSM could be 180, and A3 with at least around 120GSM.
