Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had the M428fdw, when selecting Legal size paper for printing it would do so in the first print then revert back to letter although the settings was saved for that tray. Was wondering with Automatic paper sensor has anything to do with this.

the M428 does not have an automatic paper size setting. You must manually set the paper type through the control panel of the printer. If the tray is not configured properly the device will prompt for each page. If you have legal paper loaded, set the paper size for that tray to legal.

The thing is I did, but it keeps reverting back to letter size. Also the Automatic paper sensor?

Are you speaking about the ADF feeding of documents or feeding paper when printing?
