I have the Envy 6055 printer, I would like to print on heat transfer vinyl. But my printer is an ink jet printer and I’m not sure if it has a heat area, is my printer able to print on heat transfer vinyl?

As long as you get a Vinyl transfer paper that is compatible with InkJet in a size that your printer supports you should be able to produce what you want. https://www.swingdesign.com/collections/printable-heat-transfer-vinyl-for-inkjet-printers
None of HP's small inkjet printers have any type of dryer or heater in them. The only heat generated is strictly in the printhead where heat is used to eject the dots of ink and that has no effect on the media. The only exception is a few of HP's A3 Pagewide products that do contain a heated dryer assembly.
