We did do that when we first installed. The paper keeps getting stuck in the same spot each time. We have tried printing from different drives, different documents, opening the tray, checking the jam. Nothing seems to be working. We are using the correct paper as well.

The information is missing, when a JAM is displayed, is the sheet stuck in the printer or is it ejected and then a JAM is displayed?
Is the printer still under warranty?

Then the printer is still under warranty.
Like I said this is a hardware issue and the printer needs to be serviced. Please contact HP support team in your region for help.
Thanks for understanding!
