Hi. Thank you for giving me tips to try. I followed all of them but nothing worked. I did a print quality report but it didn't show any issues, alignment said everything okay, cleaned the cartridges then did alignment again -was fine. Plus I just put in an HP ink cartridge because I'd had a no-name brand in.  Everything checked out okay.  One thing I forgot to say originally, this only happens when I'm trying to print an Adobe Acrobat document, not with any other papers. I only have Adobe Reader, not the formal Acrobat program. I was thinking maybe it's some default they put in to get people to buy their programs? lol

The printer isn't that old, maybe a year?  So that's where I am, it's still cutting off the bottom of the pages with that document.
