HP Envy 6055e. When using photo paper, it won't print. It just sends out blank sheets, one after the other. Any suggestions?

Hi @debattikitoo,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Envy 6055e is printing blank pages when using photo paper, here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue.
Check Ink Levels: Ensure that your ink cartridges are not empty or low. Even if they appear full, try replacing them to see if that resolves the issue.
Check Paper Type and Settings:
- Make sure that the paper type setting in your printer's settings matches the type of paper you're using (e.g., photo paper).
- Sometimes, incorrect settings can lead to problems with printing.
Clean Print Heads: Run the printer's print head cleaning utility. You can usually find this option in the printer's settings menu or the HP Smart app.
Check for Paper Path Obstructions: Ensure there are no obstructions in the paper path that could be causing issues.
Update Printer Firmware: Make sure your printer has the latest firmware updates installed. You can check for updates through the HP Smart app or the HP website.
Align Print Heads: Perform a print head alignment, which can also be found in the printer settings.
Check for Driver Issues: Ensure that you have the correct and latest printer drivers installed. Sometimes reinstalling or updating the driver can help.
Try a Different Photo Paper: The photo paper you're using might be causing issues. Try using a different brand or type of photo paper to see if that helps.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
