Clearing a paper jam and a part fell out RC4-4696 V1-2. What little I could find says it’s a “Upper entrance guide”. Anyone know where it goes in the printer? Thanks

That came out of the fuser, you will need to full the fuser out to install it back

Can you post a picture please. the part number you list is a molding number and not a traceable part number.
