Which tray should I use to print cardstock 216g with a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479?
I can't get my printer to use either tray when I have the paper correctly loaded and registered.
Ultimately, I would like to print double-sided but will gladly flip it manually just to get ONE item printed.
I'm so frustrated.

Welcome to the HP English Community --
Card paper weight 216 gsm is not listed as supported.
Honestly, I do not know the model or whether it can be pushed to print the heavier paper.
If yes, at the least,
The printer control panel or Embedded Web Server (EWS) Tray and Paper settings must be set as best can be done for the paper size / type
AND
The job description must be set as best can be done for paper size , type.
HP Card / Index Paper is supported to 200gsm.
