Why am I getting an already exchanged message. I bought it in June

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I can't print at all on my Office Jet 3830. Did all the suggested clean outs. fixes, etc. Now I am looking for warranty information and keep getting that this item was exchanged! I bought it new, in the box in June of this Year. I  have not exchanged it, but  I may be buying another brand and posting this issue very soon on line if this issue is not corrected. I did register this thing when I bought it, and if it was a refurbished item why wasn't it marked and priced accordingly? Absolutely furious.

Did you buy directly from HP? If not, contact the seller, they may have repackaged a return device? Errors also happen and you may need to speak with HP customer support directly on this issue. I am tagging the HP support team on this post for you.

@Justnutz, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
