Hi

I cannot print on curry’s 200GSM PHOTO paper. The paper feeds in as normal but does not feed when printing, when finished it feeds the blank paper out?

Welcome to the HP English Community --

If not done, add the following to your checkpoints:

A clean, well maintained, supported HP printer will (should) print on not-HP photo paper as long as that paper meets the printer's quality standards for the paper type.

What does that mean?  High-quality not-HP papers will likely print -- "Economy" Brand-X paper might not.

No, I do not know whether the printer considers Curry's paper "high-quality" photo paper --

The comment is just that, a comment saying "it's possible the printer doesn't like the paper".

200 gsm photo paper is actually more akin (closer to type) to ISO Index card paper.

Without evidence one way or the other, perhaps the printer is not recognizing the paper as the right type / weight for "Photo paper".

The printer supports a dedicated photo tray -- this tray limits the size(s) of paper to one or more sizes.

For example, the photo tray might only support 4x6 inch photo paper or it might support one or two additional and similarly sized photo papers.  The media specifications for this printer type only mentions Photo Tray support for the 4x6 inch paper size.

The printer might not be aware that you have loaded -- and mean to use -- photo paper.

Check the Printer Control Panel right after loading paper (or opening / closing the tray)

OR

If the printer is on the network,

Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to view / adjust the Paper Size / Type - Tray and Paper

Next,

Double check the settings in your print job application / software.
